1996 · The beginning
Dr. Valli opens a two-chair practice in Brera with one rule: no smile leaves until it looks like it belongs.
2003 · Our own lab
A master ceramist joins the team and the first in-house porcelain lab is built next door.
2006 · The first veneers
The lab hand-layers its first full set of porcelain veneers; the patient still visits every spring.
2009 · Porta Nuova
A second studio opens among the new towers, designed around natural light and quiet rooms.
2011 · Teaching
Our partners begin teaching guided implantology and veneer design to young dentists from across Europe.
2014 · Fully digital
Intraoral scanning, cone-beam imaging and chairside milling replace every impression tray.
2018 · New partners
Dr. Serra and Dr. Ferrandi become partners; the team celebrates on the terrace with prosecco.
2021 · Cernobbio
A lakeside studio opens for patients who travel to Como, with the calmest waiting room we know.
2024 · A new lab
The Brera lab doubles in size, with a second furnace and a daylight room for shade matching.
2026 · Thirty years
Eighteen specialists, three studios and one lab, still finishing every smile by hand.

Mission

We welcome every patient into a calm, unhurried space. Each visit begins with listening, and each treatment is planned with your face, your habits and your future in mind, then finished by hands that care how it looks in ten years.
